These are the results of Teacher Working Conditions Survey conducted by the VDOE in March 2019. There were numerous questions, but this summary focuses on student discipline since I have been hearing concerns related to this topic from teachers. For the last couple of years I have been sharing feedback with the Superintendent and School Board that I have received from teachers and parents regarding student discipline problems. My concerns have been dismissed.
